Hotel Accomodation

BMI will provide one night of free accommodation (including buffet breakfast) to all approved participants at a 5 star hotel in S�o Paulo on the night of March 5th 2020. This is the same location as the event and also where the cocktail reception will take place.

Terms & Conditions

By completing this form and submitting it in any format to BMI, you confirm you speak English � which is necessary for the seminars and meetings � and accept the event Terms & Conditions below. We will notify you within 48 hours if your application has been approved.

A credit card will be required by the hotel to allow check in for your free room as a BMI guest. Schools approved to participate will also have free hotel accommodation provided at the same hotel as the event on March 5th 2020. It is not allowed:

No-show at the workshop;
You do not schedule meetings with international institutions or do not show up for your agreed appointments;
Not attending the networking cocktail;
You cancel your participation in writing less than 20 days prior to the workshop start date.

Any miscellaneous charges incurred during your hotel stay such as room service, laundry, extra nights, unauthorised additional person in your room, extra meals, drinks etc. will be at your own expense.
